Possibly our favorite restaurant was in Camps Bay. It is called Blues and is on the second floor of this little mall overlooking the ocean. We ate there twice during our trip. There was an homemade ice cream store in the mall behind the restaurant as well that had the creamiest ice cream I've had anywhere with unique and exotic flavors.
