New Posts Coming - Really

It has been a combination of slow internet (or non-existent internet) and busy days that has led to the lack of posts. I'm working to catch up right now and should be able to get a big chunk of it done soon. We are currently at the Southern Sun Cullinan which is a beautiful hotel right next to the Waterfront in Cape Town.
